📦 Shipping, Refunds/Cancellations

✈️ SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please allow 1–5 business days for processing and 1–4 business days for delivery.

Tracking is provided via email through Letter Tracker or sent directly from us.

🚨 Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
If you entered the wrong address, please message us immediately.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

🔁 RETURNED MAIL

If your package is returned to us due to an unknown or undeliverable address, we will:

Confirm your address again and resend the order once for free.

If we're unable to confirm the address or if the second attempt fails, we will cancel and refund the order.

📬 MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

Check with neighbors, your mailbox, items will be mailed in a 5x7 envelope.

Wait 1–2 business days — sometimes packages are marked as delivered early.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
However, we may offer a discounted replacement at our discretion.

💸 REFUNDS & RETURNS

No returns are accepted due to the handmade/custom nature of each item.

Refunds are only issued if Emma’s Tiny Crafts made a mistake (e.g., wrong or missing item).

In most cases, a replacement will be provided instead.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

❌ CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be requested before your order ships.

Once your order is marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
